How self-drive car rental works
Self-drive is suitable for customers who want control of their route, timing and stops. You take responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period and must operate it lawfully and responsibly. Selected vehicles are available for daily, weekly and monthly rental in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
Requirements and approval
Pakistani nationals need an original valid CNIC, a current driving licence in their own name, a security cheque equivalent to the value of the rented vehicle, and a guarantor who is a business owner or government employee serving at BPS-16 or above. Overseas Pakistani and foreign customers need a valid passport containing an active visa or valid visa stamp, a security cheque and full payment in advance for the entire rental period. Every booking is subject to verification and approval, and additional documentation may be requested where reasonably required.
Full rental payment is required in advance. Accepted payment methods are cash, bank transfer and Easypaisa. A refundable security deposit is also required; its exact amount depends on the vehicle category and is confirmed at booking. It is refunded after return inspection, subject to outstanding charges or liabilities.
Use, fuel and delivery
There is no mileage limit, but tell the team which areas you plan to visit so the vehicle and travel plan can be confirmed as suitable. Vehicles are handed over with a full fuel tank and should be returned full. This fuel condition does not apply to out-of-city drop-offs where the vehicle is not returned to the office.
Islamabad self-drive delivery is free. Rawalpindi self-drive delivery is Rs. 1,000. Other categories use a vehicle with a driver and should not be treated as a separate self-drive delivery charge. For normal self-drive bookings, the customer pays fuel, tolls, parking, traffic fines, e-challans and other applicable charges.
Responsibility and late return
Report any accident, damage, theft, breakdown or significant incident immediately and cooperate with Huzaifa Enterprises and relevant authorities. Repair or damage costs, and agreed rental charges for downtime while the vehicle is unavailable or in a workshop, may apply under the rental agreement. Late daily returns are charged hourly or half-day when under six hours late, and as a full extra day after six hours. Weekly and monthly returns are charged per extra day.

The Toyota Prado Land Cruiser self-drive sample rate is Rs. 18,000 per day, Rs. 119,000 per week and Rs. 450,000 per month, subject to current availability and confirmation.

The self-drive customer is responsible for fuel, tolls, parking, traffic fines, e-challans and other applicable charges during the rental.
What happens if I return a self-drive car late?
For daily bookings, less than six hours late is charged at the applicable hourly or half-day rate, while more than six hours late is charged as a full extra day. Weekly and monthly bookings are charged per extra day.
